With over 15 years’ local experience and access to unique venues from the beach to the rainforest, Wedding Co-ordination is one of our specialties making the most special day of your life one of the easiest.

Our services encompass theming, flowers, entertainment, celebrants, photographers, wine selection, food with flavour & flair, even transport & accommodation bookings.

When you choose Port Douglas as your wedding destination, you will find that  most of your family and friends will be here on holiday with you for a week or more. So… it doesn’t mean that you have to limit yourself to a weekend wedding. To help accommodate everyone’s requests for our services, we have decided to introduce a Mid Week Booking Incentive.
 
If you choose to have your wedding reception Monday – Thursday we will include your choice of wedding cake absolutely free!
 
This offer is valid for any wedding of up to 100 guests. You can choose from a Cup Cake tier, a Croquembouche or a more traditional 3 tier wedding cake. If you wish to have extravagant decorations, flowers, ribbon etc then this will be an additional cost to you. This would represent a saving of around $400-$500. Ask our co ordinators for further details when you request a quote for your  wedding reception.

“I’m the youngest of 7 children to get married and I had all of my brothers and sisters say that my wedding topped them all.  

My brother-in-law reckons I’ve ruined everything for him as his 2 daughters will now not settle for anything less than what I did!  Lucky they are only 10 and 12 years - he's got plenty of time to save!! 

I love you all, I just wish we could do it again it really was the best day of our lives.
